# Tag Collaborators in Comments

> Learn how to tag your collaborators when adding a comment in Schedules.

In the comments field, you may add information, thoughts, questions about specific products. Your project collaborators will be able to see your comments and reply. If you tag collaborators, they will receive a notification that they have been tagged.

To tag collaborators:

  <Step title="Click on the comment icon in the cell where you wish to add a comment" />

  <Step title="Type '@' to trigger a dropdown list of all collaborators in this project" />

  <Step title="Select the collaborator's name and write your comment" />

  <Step title="Click Save and close the window" />

  <Step title="Tagged users will receive an email letting them know they have been tagged" />

  <Step title="An indicator will appear on that cell whenever there are unread comments that tagged you" />
