# Managing Conversations

> Learn how to start, track, and reply to conversations with product representatives and Acelab experts.

## Introduction

The Material Hub makes it easy to organize and track ongoing conversations with Product Reps or Acelab's team of experts.

In this course, you'll learn how to:

* Connect with a product rep or Acelab expert to request product information
* Find and track conversations
* Reply to conversations
* Add or remove collaborators to/from a conversation
* Mute or leave a conversation
