Both the Accounts and Projects pages have an Export button in the header that downloads the current view as a CSV. Use it to analyze pipeline data in a spreadsheet or share a snapshot with teammates who don’t have Acelab access.

Before You Begin

  • You must be signed in as a Manufacturer Admin or Manufacturer Rep with access to the brand you’re exporting.
  • The export reflects the filters, search text, sort, and Archived Leads toggle that are active on screen. To export everything, clear all filters and search before exporting.
  • Accounts and Projects are separate exports. Export the Accounts page for firms; export the Projects page for projects.

Exporting Accounts

  1. Open the Accounts page from the side navigation.
  2. Apply any filters, search text, or sort you want reflected in the file. Toggle Archived Leads if you want archived rows included.
  3. Click Export in the top-right of the header.
  4. The button shows a loading state while the file is generated. Don’t click again while it’s loading.
  5. Your browser downloads a file named Accounts_Export_YYYYMMDD.csv, using today’s date.
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet tool. Each row is one firm.

Exporting Projects

  1. Open the Projects page from the side navigation.
  2. Apply any filters, search text, or sort you want reflected. Toggle Archived Leads if you want archived rows included.
  3. Click Export in the top-right of the header.
  4. Your browser downloads a file named Projects_Export_YYYYMMDD.csv.
Each row is one project.

What the Export Reflects

The export uses the exact same filter and search parameters as the visible table. That means:
  • Filters applied → only matching rows are included.
  • Search text → only matching rows are included.
  • Sort → rows are ordered the same way as on screen.
  • Archived Leads toggle on → archived rows are included.
  • Blurred project names on the Projects export stay blurred (empty) for rows without a connection, just like in the UI.
Pagination does not apply to the export; every row that matches your filters is included, not just the current page.

Tips

  • Export both files for a full snapshot. Accounts gives you firm-level rollups; Projects gives you project-level detail.
  • Filter first, export second. For a weekly rep pipeline review, filter by Rep and Status = Active, then export. Each rep gets their own file.
  • Combine Signal Range + Signal Type filters to export accounts or projects with a specific type of recent engagement, for example, everyone who saved to a project in the last 14 days.
  • Rename files after download. The default filename includes today’s date but not the filters used. Rename to something like Accounts_HighPriority_2026-08-12.csv before saving to a shared drive.

If the Export Fails

If the download doesn’t start, the button returns to its default state and an error message appears. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, narrow your filters (very large exports can time out) or contact Acelab support.
