The Team Dashboard is where you manage everyone in your manufacturer organization: who’s on the team, which brands they work on, what role they hold on each brand, and which sales territories they cover. It’s organized around a sidebar of your organization and every brand under it, so you can zoom in on one brand or stay at the org level.

Before You Begin

  • Org Admins can view and manage everyone across every brand.
  • Brand Managers can view and manage members on the brands they manage.
  • Brand Reps and AECO-Invited Reps can view the team but cannot invite, add, or change roles.

How to Access the Team Dashboard

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right and choose Manage Account.
  2. Click Team in the left sidebar.
The Team Dashboard loads with the Organization view selected in the left sidebar by default.

The Sidebar: Organization + Brands

The left sidebar lists Organization at the top and every brand under it. Click a brand to scope the dashboard to that brand’s members, invites, and AECO-Invited Reps. Click Organization to see everyone across every brand. Brands that are AECO-Invited or Lapsed appear with a warning icon and reduced opacity. Hovering the icon shows an upgrade tooltip with a link to talk to Acelab about upgrading. You can still view members on a locked brand, but you cannot add or invite new members until the brand is upgraded to a paid plan.

The Two Sections

Every view (Organization or a specific brand) has two tabs at the top:

Members

Every teammate on the org or the selected brand, plus every pending invite. Columns:
  • Name (with job title inline).
  • Job Title.
  • Role — a single role pill that shows the org role (Org Admin, Org Viewer — coming soon) if the member has one, otherwise the brand role (Brand Manager, Brand Rep) for the selected brand, or “No Role Assigned.”
  • Brand — only in the Organization view; the brand this row applies to (or “All Brands” for org roles).
  • Coverage Assignment — the sales regions this rep covers on the brand. Org Admins and Brand Managers on that brand can add and remove territories inline. Only available on coverage-enabled brands; only Org Admins can set up territories the first time.
  • Last Active timestamp.
  • A row-actions menu with Edit Profile, Remove from Brand, Assign to Brand, Make Org Admin, or Delete Account depending on your role and theirs.
Pending invites show inline with a “Pending” status and Resend Invite or Cancel Invitation options.
Use the Search for User input and the Role filter above the table to narrow the list quickly. The Role filter offers Org Admin, Brand Manager, and Brand Rep. Filters combine with each other.

AECO-Invited Reps

A separate tab for reps who were invited by architecture firms rather than by your organization. Each row shows the rep’s name, the inviting firm, and their current brand role. An Org Admin, or a Brand Manager on the same brand, can promote an AECO-Invited Rep to a Brand Manager or Brand Rep by clicking the role pill on the row.

What Actions You’ll See

The actions available on any row depend on your role, the target member’s role, and the current brand’s status. If you don’t have permission for an action, you’ll see the option disabled with a “You don’t have permission” tooltip.

Lead and Conversation Transfers

When you remove a member from a brand, downgrade an Org Admin, change brand access via Assign to Brand, or delete an account, Acelab checks whether they own active leads or conversations. If they do, a Transfer Leads modal opens with one row per affected brand. Pick a new owner per row or click Skip for now, then click Proceed to complete the change. This keeps every pipeline row and thread owned by someone active.
