The Projects page shows every project a firm is working on that has engagement with your brand on Material Hub. Open it from the side navigation under Projects. Use Projects when you want to work at the project level, which specific projects are active, what phase they’re in, and which architects on them you can reach. For work at the firm level, use the Accounts page.

Page Layout

The Projects page has three main regions:
  • Header — page title, an Archived Leads toggle, and an Export button.
  • Table toolbar — search, sort, filter toggle, page size, and bulk actions when rows are selected.
  • Table — one row per project, with a filter sidebar to the left when opened.

The Projects Table

Each row is one project. The default columns are: Click a row to open the Project detail drawer.

Why Some Project Names Are Blurred

Project names stay hidden until your brand has a connection on that project. A connection is any conversation between your team and the firm on that project. Once a conversation exists on the project, the name unblurs. Blurred rows still show Project Type, Location, Firm Name, and every other field, so you can decide whether to reach out. Use Introducing Yourself via Proxy Email to start a connection.

Signal Broadcast Icon

Same behavior as on Accounts: static broadcast when the project has recorded signal activity, pulsing broadcast when a new signal has landed recently. Project-feed signal types include Added to Spec, Mapped to Revit Model, Saved to Project, and Info Request.

Archived Leads

Toggle Archived Leads in the header to include archived projects.

Search, Sort, and Filter

  • Search — filter by project name as you type. Blurred project names are not searchable by name (the backend does not return them).
  • Sort — sort by Project Name, Project Location, Signal (Recent → Earliest), Connection, and Priority. Blurred names sort last.
  • Show Filters — opens the filter sidebar.
The sidebar’s filter groups on Projects include:
  • View — Show Favorites, Show projects with connection.
  • Signal Range — filter by the date a signal landed (From / To).
  • Signal Type — Added to Spec, Mapped to Revit Model, Saved to Project, Info Request.
  • Status, Priority — your brand’s project-side option lists.
  • Project Status — the AECO-side project status.
  • Project Type, Project Location, Project Budget, Project Phase.
  • Construction Type, Climate Zone, Energy Code.
  • Rep — the assigned rep.

The Project Detail Drawer

Clicking a row opens the Project detail drawer. The drawer includes:
  • Header — project name (blurred if not yet connected), project firm, and an Email architect button that opens the proxy-email flow.
  • Project details — Type, Location, Budget, Phase, Project Status, Construction Type, Climate Zone, Energy Code, and any custom fields from AECO.
  • Assigned Rep and Priority / Status — editable inline.
  • Signals feed — chronological project-scoped signals.
  • Notes — internal notes for your team, with attachments.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple rows to reveal bulk actions in the toolbar:
  • Assign to Rep
  • Archive
  • Additional actions depending on your role.

Live Updates

Inline Status, Priority, and Rep edits by teammates refresh visible rows automatically. New signals appear as they’re recorded.
