The Accounts page is the top-level view of every architecture, engineering, and construction firm engaging with your brand on Material Hub. Open it from the side navigation under Accounts. Use Accounts when you want to work at the firm level, when a firm engaged with your brand at all, who at the firm is active, and what to do about it. For work at the project level, use the Projects page.

Page Layout

The Accounts page has three main regions:
  • Header — page title, an Archived Leads toggle, and an Export button.
  • Table toolbar — search, sort, filter toggle, page size, and bulk actions when rows are selected.
  • Table — one row per firm, with a filter sidebar to the left when opened.

The Accounts Table

Each row is one firm. The default columns are: Click anywhere on a row to open the Account detail drawer. Click the firm name or logo to jump to the drawer’s Projects tab.

Signal Broadcast Icon

The broadcast icon next to a firm shows engagement activity:
  • Static broadcast — the firm has recorded signal activity at some point.
  • Pulsing broadcast — a new signal has landed inside the recent activity window.
  • No icon — no recorded engagement yet.
Signals include actions like viewing your brand page, saving your product to a library, downloading a file, or registering for an event. See Introducing Yourself via Proxy Email for how to act on that engagement.

Archived Leads

Toggle Archived Leads in the header to show archived accounts alongside active ones. Archived accounts are hidden by default so your active list stays focused.

Search, Sort, and Filter

  • Search — the search input in the toolbar filters the table by firm name as you type.
  • Sort — the Sort menu lets you sort by Firm Name, Firm Location, Signal (Recent → Earliest), Connection (with or without a connection first), and Priority.
  • Show Filters — opens the filter sidebar on the left of the table.
The sidebar’s filter groups on Accounts include:
  • View — Show Favorites, Show accounts with connection.
  • Signal Range — filter by the date a signal landed (From / To).
  • Signal Type — filter by specific signal types (Viewed Brand Page, Viewed Product Page, Saved to Library, Saved to General Research, General Inquiry, Registered for Event, Appeared in Search, File Downloaded).
  • Stage, Status, Priority — filter by your brand’s option lists.
  • Firm Location — filter by the firm’s location.
  • Rep — filter by the assigned rep.
Filters combine with search and sort. The URL updates as you change filters so you can reload or share the view.

The Account Detail Drawer

Clicking a row opens the Account detail drawer with four tabs:

Projects

Every project this firm has, with per-project cards showing the project name (blurred until you connect), location, type, and rep. Expand a card to see the AECO-side status and phase, the effective rep, and a Recent Signals mini-feed for that project. Click a card to open the Project detail drawer for that project.

Signals

A chronological feed of the firm’s recent signals across all its projects. Each row shows the signal type (for example, “Saved to Library”), the actor, and when it happened.

Connections

Every conversation the firm has had with your brand (across product pages, brand page, webinars, and General Research or Firm Library).

Notes

Internal notes for your team. Add text, attachments, or both. Notes and attachments are visible to every teammate with access to Accounts.

Header Fields

At the top of the drawer you can edit Stage, Status, Priority, and Assigned Rep inline. Changes save on selection and update the table row immediately.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple rows with the row checkboxes to reveal bulk actions in the toolbar:
  • Assign to Rep — assign a single rep to every selected account.
  • Archive — archive every selected account.
  • Additional actions depending on your role.
Bulk actions respect your role. Reps can act on their own accounts; admins can act across the brand.

Live Updates

The Accounts page updates in near real time. When a teammate changes a Stage, Status, Priority, or Rep on a visible row, the row refreshes automatically. New signals appear as they’re recorded.
