The Four Fields
Stage is account-only. Projects inherit an account context but track their own Status and Priority so a firm can be, say, “Engaged” overall while one specific project is “On Hold.”
Assigning a Value Inline
On either table:- Click the value cell in the row (Stage, Status, Priority, or Rep Assigned).
- Pick a value from the dropdown.
- The change saves and the row updates immediately.
Assigning from the Detail Drawer
Opening a row’s drawer surfaces the same four fields at the top of the drawer header. Editing them there works the same as editing inline on the row. Inside the Account detail drawer, you can also set Status, Priority, and Rep on any project in the Projects tab, without leaving the drawer. Each project card has its own Rep selector that overrides the account-level rep for that project.Bulk Assignments
Both tables support bulk actions when rows are selected:- Assign to Rep — open the Assign-Rep modal and pick one rep to apply to every selected row.
- Archive — archive every selected row.
Filtering and Sorting by These Fields
Once you’re using Stage, Status, Priority, and Rep, filter and sort become the fast way to work a pipeline:- Filter by any of the four fields from the filter sidebar (Stage is Accounts-only; Status, Priority, and Rep appear on both).
- Sort by Priority — the sort menu labels the two directions from your actual list order (for example, “High → Low” and “Low → High”) so the labels always match your brand’s priority list.
- Combine filters with the Signal Type and Signal Range filters to find, say, “High-priority accounts with a Saved to Library signal in the last 30 days.”
Managing the Option Lists
Stage, Status, and Priority option lists are managed per brand. Admins can add, rename, reorder, or remove options from the option-management screens. Changes propagate everywhere: the row dropdowns, the drawer, the filter sidebar, and the sort menu labels. When an option list changes, filters and sort labels update automatically for everyone on the brand.Tips
- Start simple. A small, consistent set of Stages and Statuses is easier to work than a long one. Add options only when your team hits a real gap.
- Set Priority on new signal activity. When the broadcast icon starts pulsing on a row, that’s a good moment to update Priority and assign a rep.
- Use Rep bulk-assign after territory changes. Filter to a region or a rep, select all, and reassign.
- Combine Status “Active” + Signal Range to see accounts your team is working that also had a recent architect action.
