Before You Begin
- Org Admins can change any org or brand role and offboard any teammate.
- Brand Managers can change brand roles and remove members on brands they manage.
- Brand Reps, AECO-Invited Reps, and Org Viewers cannot change roles or remove members.
- You cannot change your own org role or remove yourself. If you are the only Org Admin, promote another teammate before you leave.
Change an Organization Role
Use this to promote a teammate to Org Admin, or to downgrade an existing Org Admin.Promote a Member to Org Admin
Members without an existing org role are promoted with a row action, not a dropdown.- In the Team Dashboard sidebar, click Organization (or any brand view).
- Find the member in the Members section.
- Open the row-actions menu and pick Make Org Admin.
- Confirm in the modal.
Downgrade an Org Admin
- Click Organization in the sidebar and find the Admin.
- Click the role pill in the Role column.
- Pick a new org role from the dropdown (Org Viewer is coming soon and disabled today).
- Click Continue in the Change role of Org Admin? confirmation.
Change a Brand Role
Use this to switch a teammate between Brand Manager and Brand Rep on a specific brand.Steps
- In the Team Dashboard sidebar, click the brand (or stay in the Organization view).
- Find the member in the Members section.
- Click the role pill in their row.
- Pick Brand Manager or Brand Rep.
Assign a Member to More Brands
Use this to give an existing teammate access to additional brands (or remove brand access) without inviting them again. This action is Org Admin only.Steps
- Find the member in any Members table.
- Open the row-actions menu and pick Assign to Brand.
- In the Assign to Brands modal, check every brand you want the member on and pick a role (Brand Manager or Brand Rep) for each.
- Click Update.
Remove a Member From One Brand
Use this to revoke a member’s access to a single brand while keeping them on the org and any other brands they’re on.Steps
- Click the brand in the Team Dashboard sidebar.
- Find the member in the Members section.
- Open the row-actions menu and pick Remove from Brand.
- If the member owns active leads or conversations on this brand, a Transfer Leads modal opens. Pick a new owner or click Skip for now, then click Proceed.
- Otherwise, click Remove in the Remove member from brand? confirmation to complete the removal.
Delete a Member’s Account
Use this to fully offboard someone who’s leaving the organization. This removes them from every brand and closes their org access.Steps
- From any Members table, open the row-actions menu on the member and pick Delete Account.
- If the member owns active leads or conversations on any brand, a Transfer Leads modal opens with one row per brand. Pick a new owner per brand or click Skip for now, then click Proceed.
- Otherwise, click Delete account in the Delete account? confirmation to complete the deletion.
An Org Admin can delete any account. A Brand Manager can delete an account only when the target has no org role and every brand the target is on is a brand the Brand Manager manages.
Coverage Territories
If your brand has coverage territories configured, an Org Admin or Brand Manager on that brand can add and remove territories inline in the Coverage Assignment column of the Members table. Coverage only applies to Brand Manager and Brand Rep rows on brands that have coverage-enabled. Only Org Admins can set up territories when none exist yet. Coverage does not affect the member’s role; it drives lead routing to the right rep by region.Cancel a Pending Invitation
Pending invites appear inline in the Members table with a Pending status.Steps
- Find the pending row.
- Open the row-actions menu.
- Pick Cancel Invitation and confirm.
